The rental application is available in the Documents section and must be completed as a paper copy. There is a $45 application fee for each applicant age 18 or older. Application fees must be paid in cash and dropped off at our office along with the completed application. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional pet deposit. The tenant is responsible for electric service and 50% of the heating bill. The tenant is also responsible for cable and internet service, which is provided through Glo Fiber.
